The Palm Hibiscus Star Island Homeowner's Association is a volunteer organization.  Tim Rose is our Executive Director.  He works closely with our volunteer homeowners who are members of our board and committees.  If you have an interest in helping the association please consider volunteering for one of the committees or for any other area where you feel that you can contribute.
